About the Investment Property Database
The Investment Property Database is an easy to use free marketplace for industrial property selection in Ukraine. It is managed by the FDI team of the USAID Local Economic Development Project and is aligned with efforts of the Ukrainian government to open the economy to multinational enterprises that seek to tap into the competitive advantages of Ukraine:
- large labor force skilled in manufacturing
- rich natural resources
- the largest market of Eastern Europe
- gateway point to other countries of former Soviet Union
IPD Mission
The objective of the online industrial sites database is to store and disseminate information about greenfield and brownfield sites available for manufacturing investors. It is a central marketplace for business development sites throughout Ukraine. It has been built with the support of the United States Agency for International Development as a tool for Ukrainian cities and regions to support local economic development efforts.
